Appointments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total and is non-refundable.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to the amount of your deposit of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, please contact us directly , your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, and a fee may apply.
Same-Day Appointments
Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be treated as late cancellations and subject to fees.
